Multiple Sclerosis Awareness: Turning Pain into Purpose
July 8, 2026
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, non-communicable condition involving a dysfunction of the immune system that impacts the central nervous system, specifically the myelin sheath responsible for transmitting signals from the brain to the body. While there is no definitive cure, the landscape has changed drastically over the last 50 years. Through early diagnosis, strict adherence to medical guidance, and proactive management of one's physical and mental health, patients can lead full, productive lives.
